Do Something Good for Yourself

    I just got back from starting the YMCA training for the 10K coming up on March 31.  We walked a mile today and my training schedule calls for another mile on Monday, 1.5 on Wednesday, exercise on Thursday and 2 miles on Saturday.  Even in wintertime it’s good to walk, go to the mall or “Y” in cold weather, it’s good for you.
