There are many elements of a successful trade show-signage, broshures, handouts, apparel.  To have a successful show, use the following check list for them.

Signage-- Visible for at least 20-25 feet and attractively done.
Brochues-- Short concise statements about what you have to offer
Imprinted Items-- Useful, often inexpensive items that help people remeber who you are and what you do.
Apparel-- Setting appropriate apparel that shows your professionalism

These and many more are issues we can help you resolve.  Call 804-515-0300 or email at matt@logomd.com

What kinds of imprinted items do you suggest, pens, sticky notes, etc.? What kind of per-piece price are we talking about here, 10 cents each, or $1 each piece?

      Thanks,

Price is certainly an issue but I work with my clients to help them find options that are appropriate to the venue and opportunity they have discovered.  There is no perfect imprinted item.  Even ones that have been popular in the past may lose their vitality.  Also, when asked "What is the latest and greatest?" I try to respond with "Who is your target audience for this event?"  You would certainly have different options if your clients are small business owners in the construction industry than if they were home owners with young children.  On the cost issue, I would establish a budget and determine a goal of how many items you want to distribute.  I have had people purchase emery boards so that they had plenty of items to give away.  I had a client purchase $120 MP3 players because for his industry he only has five companies who need his textile machinery in the country and he wanted something unique to give them.  Since the machines cost $5 million each, it didn't disturb him at all to spend $12,000.  To discuss your unique needs, call me at 804-515-0300  MD
